Arrruggghhh, what to write...

Let's see...since I've gotten back from Mardi Gras, I think I've spent like a total of 8 days in the office? In that time I've been to Orlando, DC, and this weekend I'm heading up to Nashville. Now I know that I said that being a consultant would be cool since I would get to travel a lot, but I think I'm now reversing my opinion on all of that. Living out of my suitcase is definitely not fun. I actually have quite a nice collection of specialty hotel soaps and shampoos now.

Various ramblings:
1. I am definitely hemorrhaging cash like nobody's business.
2. One of my 256MB RAM chips is no longer working on my laptop which really blows because of point #1.
3. I washed my car for the first time in 6 months on Saturday and then it rained. Oh yeah and my car is only 6 months old.
4. I am planning on buying a new rifle:[link=http://www.remington.com/firearms/centerfire/700sps_ss.htm]
5. If anyone has any suggestions regarding point #4 other than not buying one, feel free to share.
6. Does extending your business trip to visit someone you met at Mardi Gras for dinner and drinks count as a date?
7. Does this count as a blog still if I don't write in it semi-regularly?
8. I like beer.
9. I've started to like Diet Coke.
10. Is the combination of 8 & 9 an oxymoron even if I am drinking Miller Lite? After all, no self respecting man would be caught dead drinking say, Diet Miller, but calling it Miller Lite makes it okay.

12. I quit smoking and now suck on Skoal like it's going out of style. Did I mention that right now I specialize in cardiovascular disease at work?
13. Vandy WILL make the Big Dance this year.
14. Not to sound like a girl, but I really hate being single these days.
14a. To make #14 even more annoying, I just got asked to be in a wedding while typing this.
15. I must be really bored at work to be writing this...maybe I will edit this later to add more stuff.
16. I am starting to hate living in Atlanta.
17. I think I will go to Vegas next month.
18. I want a new laptop but #1 keeps me from being able to afford one.

Top 10 Things I Like About Mardi Gras...

10. Charging people to use our Porto-Potty at Endymion and making a nice profit.
9. Locking in people who don't pay to use our Porto-Potty at Endymion and shaking it while they're in there.
8. The lack of an open container law in New Orleans makes partying quite fun and enjoyable.
7. Meeting Jude Law and Sean Penn at The Wine Loft at 2AM.
6. Getting the closest to Marisa Tomei that I will ever be in my entire life.
5. Meeting random people at Mardi Gras parades and actually looking forward to seeing them again next year.
4. Starting and ending your day with a Miller Lite.
3. Getting to get rid of your Mardi Gras beads from last year to stupid tourists in the Quarter who think the only way to get them is by taking off articles of clothing.
2. Not having to go to work for a week and a half.
1. For those of you in the know, being able to walk into a Chickenbox without having to fear for your life while you order.

Mardi Gras hangover...

Ugh, I'm back at work after being at Mardi Gras last week and I've already missed a meeting today. I think I'm still hung over even though the festivities ended on Tuesday. Here's to me hoping that I don't get fired later today. If I'm still around, I'll post a Top 10 list about my trip and some pics too. No boobies or anything like that but maybe another picture of two girls kissing.
