On the road again...

I'm back in New Orleans this week for a conference and two things bug me about it. One, Halo 2 comes out tomorrow and I'm obviously going to head out and pick up a copy even though I can't play it. (I guess it's too dumb to ask if there's such a thing as an XBOX emulator that I can install on my laptop that would allow me to play it right?) Two, trying to catch up with all my friends is great but am I supposed to be in two working or treating this as a free vacation? Most people I've talked to say that they never go to more than a couple of lectures during a conference but should I really be spending the taxpayer’s money this way?

I'm off to Denver next week so that's another week that I won't be able to play Halo 2. I'm thinking I might go with some drastic measures and pick up an extra XBOX just so I can play it...
